spicy ahi
Located in Waimanalo is a food truck parked across of 7-11 and the beach park. SOOO FAT specializes in Hawaiian food and their menu from what I heard changes from time to time. There was steak, chicken, char sui pork, and poke bowls. I got the spicy ahi bowl, and it was different from the regular ones you'd get from Food land. The sauce had a kick, but it was kind of watery that it drowned my rice. I dont like my poke bowls too saucy or soaking my rice. The ahi or tuna chunks seemed like they were bathed in lemon also from the texture I was getting. Overall it was good.
If you want to know an easy method of making spicy mayo, heres how:
1. Whisk together mayo and sriracha sauce until evenly combined
2. Add lemon juice if desired.
